To answer the question, I suggest that home economics is a lens through which we can consider how our homes and how we live in them impact our communities and our planet. My intention behind this blog is to provide arguments (e.g. why knitting is a good idea and why you should get rid of most of your grass – no, seriously, get rid of your grass) and applications (e.g. recipes, knitting designs, and what to do now that you have dug up your grass).
